The first year we were in Abingdon Dad took Emma to see the fireworks in town. Unable to get to the Coomes Center itself he found a great spot to watch the works at the parking lot of the movie theater, so last night we packed up chairs, popcorn and drinks and headed out. It was quite a long show - budget must of increased this year but dad got some good shots of the fireballs........! Happy Independence day everyone.
