Dollywood -- really, it's in Tennessee

Dolly has an amusement park and a water park - we have been to the water park with Rachel before and one time when Em's was a tiny baby - we did the lazy river all day, so this was our first foray into the amusement side. Too bad I OD'd on roller coasters about 14 years ago - I got so sick at Busch Gardens I was even a little hesitant when I took Emma and Hope on the Veggie Tales Roller coaster. It was worth the headache to hear Emma SCREAM, it's only one twist and it goes at a good clip - the look on her face afterwards was priceless, I was talking to her to let her know we'd most likely go around again and it would be ok - Hope just sat there like a bump on a log - she and I shared a seat since she is shorter and I figured Em would be ok. Whoops.
Then on to ride the Pigs, and the Bumble Bee's, the Merry -go-round - and then a water tree house. Rachel went on the death defying roller coaster and things that make your eyes spin in your head. Dad rode the log ride with her and got soaked. To end the day the girls wanted Cotton Candy - Rachel wanted another ride on the log flume with moi this time. After our short wait of 45 minutes.... I had a stressful moment deciding where to put the phone as we got the FRONT seat. Back pocket? front pocket? tucked into my skivvies?? no bra - i tucked it to the right and realized that was where the water would come gushing into the car so I switched at the last second to the left and that was about the only spot on my body that was not dripping at the end of the ride. Whew~
Cellphones are great for communication when we split up but then you still need somewhere safe to put them.
