Slim Shadey.........

Well, here's the deal - it has been slim pickin's because one of the girls has either had a fever, had a stomach bug ( which resulted in not so photogenic moments......... ) or been at the doctor for the last 2+weeks........... I mean, what the??? so much for making sure the kiddo's get plenty of sleep - have their vitamins - eat their veggies and keep sugary crap for the weekends..... that's all been out the window this season. I just pray daily that the M1H1 thing stays out of SW VA!
So here's what we have:

We did make it out to Bay's mountain for a bit of outdoor time and a picnic, then Emma got sick.

This was the trip to the farm for Hope's class last week - before she got sick for the rest of the week and this week. We went on a hay ride thru the "mommy" cow pasture and all the momma cows were following us thinking they were going to get a treat. The mom's all got to sit around the edge of the haywagon, while the kids were in the middle on haybales... so the momma's were about 2 feet from me running along.
