Thanksgiving in Myrtle Beach 11-26-2011

The night before we left for Thanksgiving Break, Charlie always seems to know... ergo we get extra love on thoses days/nights..........
Not a bad view ... waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the surf..... didn't matter that it went down to 32 degrees one night, i told david he couldn't shut our door to the balcony, i wanted to hear the water!  It's times like those that i miss how i grew up on the beach and took the sound/sight/smell of the water for granted.
LOVE the new camera and it's 12x's zoom lense... G-daddy, dad, hope and emma on the beach.......
 Hi to you girls!

Nothing like walks on the beach...

 Jump higher Hopie!

What a 4 days we had... we were so blessed for the sun and view....

Wicked long day... and a comfy lap doesn't hurt.

Looking straight down from our balcony in to the pool.

We have started our new Thanksgiving Tradition... going to Myrtle Beach for the holiday, this is our second year and it looks like a keeper!  We were lucky to have Memaw and Grandaddy spend it with us as well.  It's been a year, we lost Great Grandma Mary and Rachel this summer and we were able to lure Jim and Cheryl with us and spend time together and make the transition without "the mother's" a little more bearable.
We are so blessed to be able to go away and spend some quiet, silly, well nourished family time together!  Any time it wants to be 70 degrees in late November we will be glad to go.
